One of the goals of the ONGI is to encourage open reflection, dialogue and scholarship about the genocides, especially by the victims of the genocide, but also by the broader community.
Places, people, their history and journeys form an important part of Ovaherero/Ovambanderu and Nama discourse and traditions, as reflected in “omitandu”, songs and poetry. Add your voice!
